Discretion is the architecture, not a policy footnote

This page states, in plain language, what reaches us, what we do with it, and what we will never do with it. It is written to be held against — quote it back to us.

What this website itself collects

Nothing on its own. These pages are static: no tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
Your language choice is remembered only in your own browser's local storage, and never leaves your device.
The consultation form composes a message inside your email application — this website does not transmit or store what you type.

What reaches us when you write

Only what you choose to send: your name as you give it, the contact route you provide, and your message.
We ask you not to include payment details, identity documents, or other people's personal information.
Share as little as you wish — a first message can be a single sentence.

How what you share is used

To read your request, reply to you, and prepare your consultation. That is the complete list.
Access is limited to the advisory team handling your request.
Consultation preparation notes are kept only as long as they serve you, and are destroyed on your request.

What we never do

Never sell, rent, or share what you write — with anyone.
Never use your concerns for marketing, newsletters, or "follow-up campaigns."
Never ask you to prove who you are beyond what the consultation itself requires.
Never publish testimonials or case details, identifiable or otherwise, without your explicit written request.

Your control

At any time, you may ask us what we hold from your correspondence, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — by writing through the same channel you used to reach us. Deletion requests are honored without argument and without "exit interviews."

Email is carried by your own mail provider and travels outside this website. If your device or mailbox is shared with others, consider that when choosing what to write and which address to write from.
